COVID-19 POLICY

Due to COVID-19, expect shipping delays. We ship all packages on time, but due to the Pandemic, the shipping company may take longer to deliver. Due to these delays, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns.

PROCESSING TIME

Shipping time occurs following the completion of the processing time. Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same day; orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next day. Excluding weekends and holidays.


SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are shipped within approximately 5-7 business days. If there are any setbacks or we are behind on orders, a Kavana Intention team member will attempt to contact you with an estimated time/new updates. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we will not be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We do not make exceptions under any circumstances. Please read the following carefully concerning our refunds, returns and cancellations.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hats with hair extensions. Hats with hair extensions cannot be resold once they have been opened, handled, or worn.

  • Returns will only be accepted if you received the wrong items. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you received the wrong items contact us immediately.

  • If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the original purchase date. There is $30 restocking fee for cancellations.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Please make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Refunds are not accepted for customer errors.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our premises, we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents.

  • We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.

  • We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS delays, damages or lose your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

  • A tracking number is included with every package. In the event that something happens to your package please notify your local USPS post office.

iNTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please allow 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS for international orders to arrive via USPS Priority Mail.

  • A VALID PHYSICAL ADDRESS is required before concluding any transaction (s).Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a post office box or a mailing center located outside of the United States.

  • ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES MAY APPLY. Some countries collect taxes on orders that enter and leave the country. YOU, the buyer, are responsible for this fee, It is critical to research or have an understanding on customs and their fees in the country where you reside.

  • Certain locations require you to pay a FEE before you can pick up your package (s), this delay may take an ADDITIONAL 1-5 days for customs to inspect most packages.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

The life span of our Grab N' Go wig hats varies from client to client, if handled properly, it should last you 6 months to a year and even longer depending on your handling and use.

  • What is the difference between human hair and synthetic hair?

Human Hair Advantages

  • More realistic appearance

  • Greater durability

  • Same styling and maintenance as natural hair; can be custom colored and permed to suit the client; tolerates heat from blow dryer, curling iron, or hot rollers

Human Hair Disadvantages

  • Reacts to the climate the way that natural hair does

  • After shampooing the hair needs to be reset

  • The color will oxidize (fade with exposure to light)

  • The hair will break split if mistreated by harsh brushing, backcombing, or excessive heat

Synthetic Hair Advantages

  • Strong, durable; top-of-the-line synthetics have a natural, lustrous look and feel

  • Great value

  • Very easy to maintain at home; shampooing in cold water will not change the style nor will exposure to humidity

  • Most are already cut in the latest styles so only some detailing is required

  • Colors are limitless; some contain highlights and lowlights for natural effect

  • Will not fade or oxidize even after long exposure to sun

Synthetic Hair Disadvantages

  • Cannot be exposed to EXTREME heat (curling irons, hot rollers, or high heat or blow dryers)

  • Coloring synthetic fibers is not recommended

  • Sometimes synthetic hair is so shiny that it may not look natural

  • The most natural-looking synthetic pieces are the most expensive

  • Can I change the shipping address after I placed an order?
    Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping addresses, please make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are also unable to cancel the order after it is placed. All Sales are FINAL.
